The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a single sofa bed, two single beds and a single folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a swimming pool, a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bidet, a washbasin and a bath with shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, two washing machines and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a wood stove, a convection microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a stove and a coffee maker.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
