The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player and a heater. In addition there is a barbecue and a set of garden furniture and there are two gardens, two terraces, two air conditioners and two swimming pools. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a bidet, two toilets, a bath with shower, two washbasins, a shower and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has three washing machines, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
