General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace and a garden (fenced). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave.

The mill is close to the beach and restaurants. You'll love it for its unique atmosphere, the tranquillity, the nature of Graciosa Island, the lighting, the comfortable beds and the table football table! My space is good for couples and families (with children), as well as small groups.
And be prepared to want to come back! We'll be waiting for you...

The mill was one of the last mills to grind grain on the island until the death of Manuel Frutuoso Moniz (its former owner) on 18 February 2002.
The project to restore the mill began in 2009 with the aim of preserving as many of its features as possible. Some of the pieces and utensils used in the milling process were also recovered for future reference.

Enjoy the whole space, preserving it for those who will come after.
Please do not smoke inside the mill.

The mill does not have WiFi internet, but there is a free WiFi hot-spot 200 metres away, next to the cafés and the beach of São Mateus.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
