You will be charged a Municipal Tourism Tax (TMT) worth two euros per guest up to a maximum of 3 nights. The fee is charged at the time of booking. Children under the age of 13 do not pay TMT.
It is mandatory to fill out a form for AIMA (Agency for Immigration and Asylum Integration) for all guests.
You will receive the form before the check-in date, as it is not in person.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
