La Maison du Wagon is located in Terreiros, on the island of St. George in the Azores. It overlooks the islands of Pico and Faial. It is a 5-minute drive from São Jorge aerodrome and a 15-minute drive from Velas Harbor. The nearest bathing area is the port of Terreiros (200 metres away), where you will find a snack bar. The Urzelina swimming pool is 1 km away. There are two grocery shops near the house.
Come and relax to the sound of the birds and the Cagarros.
You can also enjoy the island's nature tourism.

The house is strategically located, it can be if it is in a country area as much as on the beach. Centrally located, House of Wagon is an excellent starting point for getting to know the island of St. George.

You will have access to every room except the garage. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, communal lounge and dining room, communal bathroom, the suite (pearl + bathroom) with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a sofa bed for one person. A cot can be placed in the house and a baby bath is available on request. There is a hammock on the veranda. There is also a reading area and a work desk.

In the street, next to the kitchen, there is a covered area with a table and chairs and a little further on, there is an area, also covered, with a dishwasher and a barbecue and firewood for those who like to barbecue.
The courtyard surrounding the house is relatively large and you can park inside the property, although there is not much parking space on the road.

Each house has dogs, including exits, so it is common to hear them barking, but the house has double glazing on all windows to minimise these sounds. Access to the guest house is shared with visitors, so you should bear this in mind and always leave the way clear.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
