Vivenda Xavier is located near the fishing village of Porto Formoso (picture-perfect harbour) about a 40-minute drive from the airport. Just under half an hour from the capital Ponta Delgada and 10 minutes from Ribeira Grande the island's second city. The beach "Praia dos Moinhos", with its excellent facilities such as toilets, showers and a snack bar with terrace, is within walking distance. Nearby are beautiful tea plantations, proudly showing that tea culture is also possible in Europe. Together with the small fishing port, under the eye of the local church from 1509, make Porto Formoso a unique spot in Europe! The population lives from fishing, cattle breeding, agriculture, milk and cheese production. Nearby, about 15 minutes by car from Porto Formoso towards Furnas, there is a golf course, on excellent ground that enriches the game with overwhelming backdrops, slopes and magnificent views over the ocean.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
