General

The house "Casa Bela Vista", which means "House Beautiful View", is situated above Pedreira/Nordeste, facing east. A marvellous view of the village and the sea awaits you.

Two approximately 100-year-old houses built of volcanic stone have been converted into a new, very light and airy building. The area between the two old houses is now the living and dining area, the two old houses are the bedrooms. The interior of this holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. The light-flooded (new, indirect lighting) living room has a Swedish stove, a stereo system with many CDs, Blue Tooth for connecting to your smartphone and a free WLAN internet connection. The kitchen integrated into the living room is equipped with all modern kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and allows you to cook, fry and bake well. There is a dining table with six chairs and a sofa. The bathroom with WC and built-in bathtub is also spacious and bright and airy thanks to three windows.

A 40 m² L-shaped covered veranda, which is out of sight, allows you to sit outside in almost any weather. This house is an ideal starting point for hikers.

The sandy beach is about five kilometres away. The nearest shop is just over one kilometre away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
