This excellent rustic house is located in a privileged spot in the parish of Feteira, close to the sea, surrounded by vineyards and other crops, fresh air, radiant sunshine and an excellent place to rest and relax with the birds chirping. From the patio, terrace and windows of the house, you have the privilege of seeing the sea, Ilhéu das Cabras, Ilhéu pequeno, Monte Brasil and the historic bay of Angra do Heroísmo. This patio is equipped with a mobile barbecue. This rustic one-bedroom house has a living room with a plasma-screen TV, as well as a kitchenette complete with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, teapot and other kitchen utensils. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table and antique furniture typical of a rustic house. The bathroom has a shower and all the necessary utensils. There is an attic with a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. This type of attic house is traditional and very common in the locality of Serretinha. This house can accommodate up to 2 people.

Feteira is the smallest rural municipality on the island of Terceira, covering just 3 square kilometres. It lies along a slope that slopes down to the south, facing the Cabras islets, which give it a special charm. In this area, although semi-permanent pasture predominates, there is relative cultural diversity, with spring maize, vegetables and a few orchards. The lower part has been almost entirely converted into corrals occupied by vineyards and orchards, and is now almost entirely abandoned or occupied by buildings. The lower areas, where the best vineyards used to be, are now largely urbanised, with new roads cutting through the scrubland. Situated in an area that slopes steeply to the south, the lower part enjoys plenty of sunshine and a relatively dry, mild climate, which, combined with the excellent landscape, explains the boom in house-building in this area. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
