The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a terrace, a garden (fenced), a balcony and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Between the estuary and the sea, the house is located in the peaceful and picturesque Costa Nova. It is a traditional late 19th century wooden barn, ideal for families or groups of friends, thanks to its 5 bedrooms, but comfortable enough for small families.

Just 10 minutes from Aveiro, it's also a wonderful place for children, with plenty of activities available, from water sports and seaside walks to mini-golf and tennis.

Situated opposite the Ria, the house is on the pedestrian street, the main avenue for leisure and services, and you can walk or cycle to the terraces, the market, the estuary and the beach, among others.
Although it is located in a car-free street, you can stop in front of the house to load and unload and there are parking spaces 20-30 metres away.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
