The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet location on a 15,000 m² farm, which also includes the owner's house, with animals, fruit trees, a wooded area and a stream with a small waterfall. The beach is approx. 4 km away and approx. 1 km from the A 29 and A 1 exits. Outside, guests have access to a private garden with garden furniture, barbecue, games and children's pool. There are ten private parking spaces on the farm property.

The holiday home measures around 100 m² and is designed for twelve people. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom is a suite with an en suite bathroom, a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a cot, while the second has a double bed (190 x 140 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm). Two other bedrooms even have a separate entrance from the outside and are furnished with a total of two double beds (190 x 140 cm) and a single bed (190 x 190 cm). In the living room, there are two further single beds separated by a curtain, the special feature of which is that they are located right next to the old furniture. The house is also equipped with a wood-burning stove (firewood provided) as well as heating and air conditioning. Wireless Wi-Fi is also available.

The house is ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to spend some relaxing time together. But the nearest beach, Espinho, is not far away either (4 km). There is also a casino, weekly market, restaurants and supermarkets. Gaia and Porto are 15km away; Aveiro (also known as the Venice of Portugal) is a 30-minute drive away. The medieval castle of Santa Maria da Feira is just five minutes away. The nearest shop is around 2 km away, but you can also eat out or have a coffee just 200 m away.

The house is also suitable for wheelchair users. The owners, who live in the main house, are available to answer any questions you may have and speak Spanish, French, English and German.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
