Cable TV also available.Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre and surroundings, with various public transports nearby including metro and bus.The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed for two people, a room with two single beds and another room with a single bed, which provides capacity to accommodate 5 people.The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner.Both bedding and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €250 in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays exceeding 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). Any difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay over 20 nights, we will send the current meter readings and take the readings on the day of your check-out.The access codes to the property are only provided on the day of check-in, after we have the apartment clean and ready for you.Make sure you have placed the correct number of guests in your booking and/or request a change to the correct number of guests before your check-in. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
