The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds, a double sofa bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, an air conditioner (for rent), a balcony, a garden, a bicycle, a sandbox, a bicycle parking, a trampoline and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a toilet, a washbasin and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

Perfectly located on the edge of a summer resort village, on a private property surrounded by greenery, just a few meters from the shores of Lake Goszcz (and a few dozen meters from a sandy beach).
This comfortable, two-story holiday home features a covered terrace with a direct view of the lake. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and deck chairs. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (TV, dining table, fireplace, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms. The house is air-conditioned (cooling is included in the price). Heating is available for an additional fee (air conditioning/firewood).
On the fenced property (for guests' exclusive use), there's a playground and a large, covered shelter with a barbecue and smokehouse. There's also a fireplace area, a hammock, and secure parking. Bicycles, a pedal boat, and a stand-up paddleboard can be rented from the host for an additional fee (with a minimum stay of 10 days, a pedal boat is included in the price). Included in the price: bedding, towels, electricity, water, air conditioning (cooling), and parking. A cot and high chair are available upon request.
Lake Goszcza is connected to neighboring lakes by a system of rivers and canals. Summer swimmers will find refreshment here on warm summer days. It's also a paradise for anglers (tench, pike, zander, and eel). The Lubrza commune offers tourists many attractions. Excellent climatic conditions, a unique terrain, numerous lakes, and forests are ideal for recreation. The numerous moraine hills covered with forests are among the landscape's attractions. It's worth exploring the attractive fortification trail, taking a scenic kayaking trip, or hiking or cycling along the water lily trail. Nature lovers will be captivated by a visit to the game farm in Zagórze.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Only dogs up to 10 kg allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No WLAN.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
