The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double folding beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a bicycle parking. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

An excellent location, just 150 meters from the beautiful beach on Lake Wierzchowo, in a peaceful forest setting, within a holiday home community. The house is situated on a private, well-maintained, and fenced property (for exclusive use of guests).
This two-story holiday home features a terrace. Guests have access to garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The ground floor features a living room (TV, dining table, fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor offers three separate bedrooms (one with a balcony). Fireplace heating is provided.
The property includes a garden shelter, a swing, and secure parking.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, water and gas consumption, heating, a dog (maximum 1, up to 5 kg), final cleaning, firewood, and parking.
Stare Wierzchowo is a small summer village located on Lake Wierzchowo, from which the Gwda River flows. Both the lake and the river have first-class water purity. It's a paradise for anglers, swimmers, and water sports enthusiasts (without the use of combustion engines).
In the village center, there's a small shop selling basic groceries. Larger shops, cafes, and restaurants are available within a 12-km radius in Biały Bór or Szczecinek. The seaside beach of Stare Wierzchowo is only an hour's drive away (approximately 60 km). Heading towards the sea, it's worth visiting the large city of Koszalin, where you'll find a very attractive water park.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
