The small village of Kolczewo is located in the middle of the island of Wollin, right on Lake Kolzower and only a short drive from the beaches of the Baltic Sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of nature, yet you can quickly reach the lively Baltic Sea resorts. Regular buses also take you comfortably to the cities of Kolberg or Swinoujscie, and in summer they even run quite frequently.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. The landlord lives on the same property. Bring your own towels. The kitchen and the lower sleeping area together form the living area on the ground floor.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
