Saunabereich in Kepa - Vogelhaus

General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

Saunowisko in Kępa (not to be confused with our Saunowisko in Krąg, 40km away)
is a bird-filled chirping enclosed woodland nook where you will find:

- The Bird House, a warm, magical 180m log house for 2-8 people

- The Couple's House, a large steam sauna with a view of the forest

- A hot tub in the forest under the stars

You will have the whole area, sauna, barrel and house all to yourself!
An area of over 4,500 square metres.
Where the phone doesn't always catch a signal, in a tiny village on the forest border.

Note: Our neighbours and birds like the silence. Inside the house you can play to your heart's content, but outside (outside the house and sauna) no noise is allowed after 10 pm.
In front of the house we have a large level lawn which can be used for ball games, volleyball, babington etc.
A separate fireplace with stumps all around where you can sit and cook bogracz in a cauldron.
Roofed woodshed where you can chop wood and dispose of rubbish in plastic bags in the waste bin /without sorting/.

Sauna - a separate cottage in the forest called the Couples' House is available exclusively to guests of the Bird House.
There is a wooden barrel with hot water next to it.

The equipment (in the utility room next to the sauna) includes a fold-out tourist volleyball set and bicycles.

The Bird House is surrounded by a natural spruce fence, which ensures intimacy and the area around the house is not visible from outside.
The nearest restaurant which is located in the Amber Palace is approx. 1.5 km in the village of Strzekęcino.
There is a lake and a park there.
The second mud lake, which is called Lake Black, is 1 km from the house and can be reached on foot through the forest.
The nearest seaside town with Baltic beaches is approx. 25km (Mielno town)

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
