Discover the charm of spending your holidays in our comfortable 75m^2 year-round bunkhouse, located in an extensive fenced area. An ideal place for those looking for a peaceful setting close to nature, with accommodation for up to 6 people. Enjoy unforgettable moments with your family or friends, indulging in relaxation and a variety of outdoor activities.
Inside, on the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with an open kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a set of dishes for 6 people. There is also a satellite TV and a sofa bed, ideal for relaxing together. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one of them with access to a spacious balcony, where everyone will be able to enjoy the beautiful views of the Szczecin Lagoon.
Outside, we provide 700m^2 of fenced area for the exclusive use of our guests, where there is a set of swings with a sandpit, a mini tower and a trampoline for children. There is also a separate barbecue area with a bench and table, ideal for summer evenings. The whole is complemented by a large area for active leisure, guaranteeing great outdoor fun.
The surrounding area abounds with natural and tourist attractions. The cottage is located just 2 km from Czarnocin, where the Educational Nature Trail leads. In the near vicinity, there is direct access to the Szczecin Lagoon with a marina, water equipment rental and the possibility to organise catamaran trips. For lovers of hiking and cycling escapades, the region offers trails leading through picturesque landscapes, as well as direct access to white sandy beaches and wildlife.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
