Guests can enjoy this XXL holiday villa. This unique accommodation offers 470 sq m of space, 9 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. The house sits on a large plot (mostly a well-kept garden). The owner lives on the same property, but his presence is largely unnoticeable, always available for assistance and advice. The house is well-equipped. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms mentioned above, there is a very large, fully equipped kitchen. There is an elegant dining room and a cozy living room with a fireplace and TV. Upstairs, there is an additional living room with a TV. For the youngest, there's a playground, a sports field, a gym, table tennis, foosball, a bonfire area, and a garden shelter. Across the street is a stocked fishing pond belonging to the holiday villa owners. Guests can fish there for an additional fee (basic fishing equipment can also be rented if needed). The owners also own fish ponds. Fresh trout are available for purchase.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
