General

The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two double sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, an air conditioner, a sandbox, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot (for rent).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The resort offers modern holiday homes with a private sauna in an excellent location (close to the beach, quiet area). Each house has a terrace and a private garden. Children can have fun in a small playground.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room combined with a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower (there is a washing machine) and a private sauna. On the first floor there is a second bedroom. The terrace is equipped with a grill, garden furniture, a screen and deckchairs. Wireless Internet is available. Towels on request (for an additional fee).
On the fenced property there is a playground for children (sandbox, swing, slide). One parking space for each house.

The excellent location allows direct and quick access to the wonderful and wide beach. There is also the longest bike path in Poland (R-10) just 100 meters from the resort. The neighboring city of Kołobrzeg is also a great place to take advantage of many attractions, which can be reached by bike path, public transport or by car. Grzybowo is a seaside town often chosen by tourists due to its wonderful character and location between Kołobrzeg and Dźwirzyno. Both towns offer many attractions. During your stay at our resort, you can go to a beautiful sandy beach and additionally enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea rich in iodine and clean air. For active people, there is a seaside bike path along the seaside strip, the only such attraction in Poland. There are also food and entertainment points and shops.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
