General

The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, three double sofa beds and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, two radios, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a balcony, a set of garden furniture, a sandbox, a bicycle parking, a barbecue, a garden and a bicycle. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, a shower, a bidet, a bath, two hairdryers and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

A quiet, secluded holiday home estate located just 100 meters from the beautiful, clean Lake Ińsko. A sandy beach, a large shop, and various dining options are nearby.
A large, comfortable holiday home featuring a private, fenced garden. The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor comprises a spacious living room (with TV, fireplace, large dining table, and a double sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet. The upper floor houses three more bedrooms and a second bathroom (equipped with a bathtub). The upstairs bathroom also includes a washing machine. There is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The house is equipped with both central heating and a fireplace.
The fenced, well-maintained property (for guests' exclusive use) offers secure parking and a playground. Guests have access to a rowing boat (free of charge) and bicycles (available for an additional fee).
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, the rowing boat, and parking. A baby cot is available upon request.
The area's main attraction is the proximity of the pristine Lake Ińsko, which is perfect for swimming. It is also a highly regarded spot for anglers. Located 400 meters from the house, a large, guarded beach with a pier offers a swimming area beloved by families with small children; the water is relatively shallow and warms up quickly, making for a delightful swimming experience. Various types of water sports equipment are available for rent at the beach. The surrounding area is crisscrossed by a dense network of hiking and cycling trails.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No WLAN.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
