General

The holiday home for 18 persons has five bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and two double sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions and two fireplaces. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a balcony or terrace, a swimming pool, a garden, a barbecue and a sandbox. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, five toilets, five washbasins and four showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a high chair, a playground equipment and toys.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a coffee maker (espresso machine) and an oven.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
