General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two fireplaces, four televisions and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a sandbox, a bicycle, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, two showers, two washbasins and two toilets.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stovetop, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and a stove.

A large, comfortable holiday home with a private garden in the heart of Drawa National Park – the perfect place to relax surrounded by nature. The property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security, even for families with children.
The house has three floors. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (with a Smart TV with Netflix access, a large dining table, and a fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower (also equipped with a washing machine). On the first floor, there are three separate bedrooms (each with a Smart TV and Netflix) and a bathroom with a shower. There's also a basement, which offers additional recreation space with a table tennis table. The house has a large terrace with garden furniture, loungers, and barbecue facilities. Central heating and a fireplace are provided (wood is included in the price). Wi-Fi is available.
On the private property surrounding the house, there's secure parking, a bonfire area, a sandbox for children, and plenty of space for various family games and activities. Deckchairs scattered around the property allow for relaxation in the sun or in the shade of the trees. Bicycles are available for guests' use (free of charge).
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, firewood, parking, internet, bicycles, table tennis, dogs allowed (maximum 2), final cleaning, and resort tax. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
In the area, guests can enjoy picturesque cycling and walking trails, beautiful lakes (the nearest is approximately 4 km from the house), mushroom picking in the beautiful surrounding forests, and unforgettable nights under the stars. One of the most interesting attractions in the area is the charming Drawa River (600 m from the house), winding through the trees. Kayaking trips are organized on this river, a wonderful idea for an active holiday. Clean water, a picturesque route, and closeness to nature are guaranteed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
