Interiors include an open-plan kitchen with modern appliances: an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. Guests have access to four comfortable bedrooms and a playroom with billiards and karaoke. The entire house is gas-heated, and additional amenities include an infrared sauna, washing machine, dryer, and bicycles. For relaxation, there is a seasonal, extendable swimming pool and a 3,000 m² garden. Parking is available on site, and a grocery store, restaurant, and bus stop are nearby. For adventure lovers, billiards, table football, karaoke, and fishing (with permit) are available. Free Wi-Fi is also included in the price, and the house is pet-friendly (maximum three dogs). Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
