The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, four single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a sandbox, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a bicycle, a football table, a terrace, a garden, a table tennis table and a trampoline. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two washbasins, two toilets and a bath.
The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).
Children
Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and a high chair.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove and a coffee maker (espresso machine).
Detailed information
We offer a modern, comfortable single-family home situated on a spacious, fenced plot of 6,000 m². It's the perfect place for those who value privacy, relaxation, and active recreation.
The property features a 25 m² swimming pool with a depth of 160 to 160 cm, available seasonally from May 1st to September 30th. For sports enthusiasts, a volleyball court, table tennis table, and a volleyball court are available. A trampoline, barbecue grill, and parking space are also available. An electric vehicle charging station is available on site.
For fishing enthusiasts, fishing is available (permit required). Farm produce is also available for purchase on the farm, allowing you to enjoy fresh, local specialties.
For our youngest guests, a playhouse in the garden provides safe and engaging play. Entertainment lovers will find a 25 m² electronic and arcade games room equipped with darts, an arcade machine and table football.
Details
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Non smoking accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
