Whether you are families or friends who want to holiday together but independently, our lovingly furnished houses provide the perfect setting. With the option of exclusive use of the beach and direct access to the water, we promise you unforgettable moments in the midst of nature.

The interiors of both houses are fully and modernly equipped. They have a TV with German programmes, a spacious fitted kitchen with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and everything you need for self-catering. There is also a washing machine at your disposal. The charm of each house is rounded off by special features such as a wood-burning fireplace in the front house and air conditioning in the rear house, which was completely remodelled in 2022.

A 1300 m2 enchanting garden is at your disposal during your stay. The garden is fully fenced, ideal for nature lovers, families with children and dog owners. In addition, a modern barbecue, a fireplace and a jetty with a boat, canoe and three bicycles (by arrangement) enrich your holiday experience.

Situated in the heart of a nature reserve, the area surrounding our property offers a wealth of leisure activities such as fishing, canoeing, cycling and sailing. Discover the diverse flora and fauna, visit the nearby towns of Kostrzyn on the Oder, Szczecin, Masliborz or Gorzow Wielkopolski for cultural excursions and explore the unspoilt nature on hikes through the forest.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
