General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. The town is located on Lake Pile. In the area, an attraction is the so-called underwater forest, i.e. part of the island that has sunk into the lake. In the past, the Strullbach stream flowed here, which disappeared into the ground, and this place was called the Lost Source (German Verlorener Born) (3).
In the 1930s, a military garrison was built on the site of the village of Lipie (German Linde). In 1945, it was taken over by the Red Army and used until October 1992. During this period, the town was excluded from Polish administration. On June 5, 1993, the city was officially opened, and on October 1(1), Borne Sulinowo received city rights. By 1995, 1,549 residents had settled there.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
