General

The holiday home for 11 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a sandbox, a terrace, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, three showers, four washbasins and four toilets.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stovetop, a microwave, an oven and a coffee maker.

On a private, fenced property, guests will find a large, comfortable holiday villa with a covered terrace, complete with garden furniture and loungers. The holiday home has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a very large living room (with a TV, large dining table, fireplace, sofa bed, and table tennis table), a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower (also equipped with a washing machine). On the first floor, there are five additional double bedrooms and three bathrooms (one with a bathtub and two with showers). Fireplace heating with hot air distribution to all rooms, plus additional electric heating. Wireless internet is available.
On the private property, there is a brick barbecue. For children, there is a sandbox and a trampoline. Secure parking is available. Included in the price: bedding, electricity, water, heating, firewood, table tennis, internet, and parking. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
The area's biggest attraction is Lake Pluszne (a beach with a gentle, sandy slope into the water 200 meters from the house). It's one of the cleanest lakes in Poland, well-known to diving enthusiasts, characterized by its sandy bottom. Anglers will also enjoy time spent on the lakeshore. Easy, scenic cycling routes have been marked around the lake. Nearby, there's an attractive playground and a beach volleyball court on the nearby lake beach. In the village of Pluski, there's a fish fryer, a highly praised restaurant, and the local shop sells smoked fish and other regional fish preserves. 25 km from the house is the attractive "BARTBO" amusement park for families with children. A large water park is 1 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
