There is a covered terrace with garden furniture, a detached bungalow with sauna and shower, a brick barbecue with a table and wooden benches for feasting, a table tennis table in the garage and a sandpit for children in front of the terrace and a basket for playing basketball suspended from a tree. These amenities will make every day spent around the cottage full of joy and relaxation.

The surroundings of the cottage offer numerous attractions. Lake Gim, just 200-250 m away, impresses with its clear water and is ideal for fishing and quiet lovers. The proximity of forest paths makes it easy to organise walks and bike rides, and the region is rich in mushrooms and berries. There is also a seasonal bar nearby. There are two restaurants and a self-service shop approx. 4 km away which ensures access to all necessary services. A children's amusement park approx. 3 km from the house.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
