The holiday home for 13 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with seven single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a sauna, a barbecue, a garden and a sandbox. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, a bidet, three toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a stovetop, a coffee maker and an oven.

A quiet location in Masuria, in the settlement of Nowa Kaletka, on Lake Gim (approx. 200 meters from the shore). This is an ideal place for those seeking a break from the crowds, hustle and bustle. Surrounded by a dense forest, this large, comfortable holiday villa with a private garden and covered terrace awaits guests.
The holiday home has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (with a TV, fireplace, large dining table, and sofa), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower (also equipped with a washing machine). On the first floor, there are six bedrooms, a second bathroom with a shower, and two separate toilets.

The covered terrace is furnished with a complete set of lounge furniture. Fireplace heating and an electric heater in the living room are provided.

On the private, fenced property (for exclusive use of guests), there is a sauna (included in the price), a basketball hoop, and a sandbox for children. Behind the house is a large brick barbecue and a banquet table. A table tennis table is available in the garage. Secure parking is available. The price includes: bedding, electricity, water, electric sauna, firewood, table tennis, and parking. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
The area's biggest attraction is Lake Gim (swimming is possible within 200 m, and a larger beach is 300 m away). This picturesque lake, designated as a quiet zone and class I water quality, is characterized by a sandy bottom and excellent conditions for swimming and diving. Fishing enthusiasts will also enjoy time spent on the lakeshore (pike, whitefish, tench, perch, bream, and roach can be found here). Easy, scenic cycling trails have been marked around the lake.
4 km from the house is the attractive "BARTBO" amusement park for families with children, and 25 km to a large water park.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
