The house is located in the village of Wapiersk in Masuria, 5 km. from the tourist town of Lidzbark. In the village there is a small lake, approx. 200 m from the plot, there is also a small bathing area, but it is more suitable for boating, fishing, pedal boating than for swimming.

There is a large land area of 3000 metres, shared with the other house (the owner lives in the area). There is garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, 2 bicycles for adults and 1 for a child, hammock, garden rocking chair, trampoline, frame pool in summer. In the area there is a place and a net for handball or badmington, a place for a bonfire and a large supply of brushwood in the price. On cloudy days you can play darts and ping-pong, table football in the house. In addition, it is possible to hire a pedal boat or ice-boat approx. 400 m (extra fee). From the living room you have access to the terrace, which offers a view of the surroundings, a wide panorama of forests and fields. The terrace is located on the south side so it is sunny all day long. The house has its own solar panels for heating water and a second source of water heating in case of a lack of sunshine on cloudy days.

The house is wooden, has 80 metres, is single-storey with a usable attic. On the ground floor is the living area, which consists of a living room with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, all dishes and utensils necessary for preparing meals. The sofa in the living room has a fold-out bed for 2 persons. But in principle it is an alternative, because the night area is on the floor. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace. In addition, on the ground floor there is a hall and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (master bedroom) measuring 160 by 200 cm. The second bedroom is a 3-bedded room with 3 single beds, measuring 90 by 200 cm. We also have a baby cot. WIFI in the house and garden.

Well-stocked shop at a distance of 200 metres. To the beach with grass approx. 300 m, recreation area on site, football pitch 50 m. To the nearest town and restaurants 5km.

Access to the house by a paved road, parking spaces, recreational garden at the disposal of 2 houses. Free wifi throughout the grounds.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
