The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double sofa beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a sauna, a hot tub, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a garden, a barbecue, a sandbox and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two toilets, two showers, a hairdryer and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a cot and toys.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and an oven.

This comfortable, two-story holiday home sits on a private, fenced property. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (with a TV, fireplace, dining table, and a double sofa bed) connected to a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one walk-through) and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and sauna. One bedroom opens onto a large balcony. There's also an attic (accessible via steep stairs), where another bedroom with a double bed awaits. The house has a large, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Electric heating and a fireplace are provided. Wireless internet is available. On the well-maintained property (for exclusive use by guests) there is a summer swimming pool (open from May 1st to September 15th), a hot tub with a jacuzzi, a playground, and secure parking. The pool is surrounded by loungers and features numerous inflatable water toys. There's also a hammock.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, firewood, sauna, summer swimming pool (from May 1st to September 15th), jacuzzi, internet, parking, and final cleaning. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
The immediate surroundings offer undisturbed relaxation in contact with nature. This charming area is ideal for hiking and biking, with numerous trails to choose from. The location is surrounded by forest, ensuring a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's an excellent base for exploring the main tourist attractions of Kashubia. The nearest lake, where you can cool off in the summer, is 1.5 km away, but it is more convenient to get to the water at Lake Stężyckie (3 km) or at the large, sandy beach at Lake Raduńskie (5 km).

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
