The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed, two double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a terrace, a barbecue, a jacuzzi and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a hairdryer, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stovetop, an oven and a dishwasher.

In this beautiful natural setting, stands a modern and very comfortable, two-story house, divided into two halves. There are independent entrances on both sides, and both groups of guests have separate terraces with garden furniture, barbecue facilities, and, above all, a private Jacuzzi tub.
On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room (TV, double sofa bed, dining table, fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower. Central heating and air conditioning are provided, along with a fireplace in the living room (wood included in the price). Wireless internet is available.
The entire extensive grounds of the resort (approx. 5 hectares) are available for the exclusive use of guests from each half of the house. Each group of guests has its own private area with a terrace and a place for undisturbed relaxation. Secure parking is available on the grounds, along with two stocked ponds with a jetty, and an elegant garden hut behind them – an ideal venue for various events, such as hen and stag parties. The hut is available for an additional fee. Bicycles are also available for guests (for an additional fee).
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, firewood, a hot tub, final cleaning, parking, and internet.
The holiday resort is located near Kościerzyna, in the heart of Kashubia, and it's impossible to imagine the picturesque Kashubian landscape without its numerous, pristine lakes. And there are countless such lakes in the area: Lake Wierzysko (2.8 km) with a kayaking marina, and Lake Zagnanie (3.4 km) with a beautiful beach. The Tri-City area, with its seaside beaches, is just an hour's drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
