The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions, a fireplace and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a sauna, a hot tub, a barbecue and a garden and there are two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a shower, two washbasins and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a convection microwave.

The ground floor features a spacious living room (with a TV, fireplace, large dining table, and a double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and microwave with an oven function), and a guest toilet. The first floor features three bedrooms (each with a TV, two of which have a balcony) and a bathroom with a shower. Electric heating and a fireplace are provided (wood is included in the price). Wi-Fi is available. The house has a covered terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs, offering a picturesque view of the lake. Barbecue facilities are available. The uniqueness of this place is further enhanced by a large, private year-round sauna overlooking the lake and a hot tub with a jacuzzi in the garden. This spa area is included in the price of your stay.
The exceptionally well-maintained property (for exclusive use of guests) features secure parking, a playground, a fireplace, and a garden gazebo. There's also a fishing pier by the private beach.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, firewood, sauna, hot tub with a jacuzzi, internet, parking, and final cleaning. A highchair and a cot are available upon request (reservation required).
The location provides the perfect setting for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immersing yourself in the peace and quiet of nature. Guests have direct access to the crystal-clear waters of Lake Kamionka. Fishing, swimming, cycling, and hiking are all possible here.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
