The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a sauna, a garden, a hot tub and a barbecue and there are three balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two toilets, a hairdryer and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine, a fridge and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a cot and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, two microwaves and two coffee makers.

This comfortable semi-detached holiday home sits on a well-maintained, partially fenced property. The house is two stories high. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (with a TV, fireplace, large dining table, and a double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen (including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker), and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (each with a TV and a balcony). The house has a covered terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, offering a picturesque view of the lake. Barbecue facilities are available. The uniqueness of this place is further enhanced by an additional, intimate, two-story cottage (downstairs, there's a living room with a TV, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower, while upstairs there's a double bedroom). This cottage also has a covered terrace and balcony. Both cottages feature electric heating and a fireplace in the main building (wood included in the price). Another aspect of the high standard of this place is the private, year-round sauna and hot tub with a jacuzzi in the garden (included in the price).

The exceptionally well-maintained property (for exclusive use of guests) includes secure parking, a playground (wooden tipi, wooden ship), and a fireplace. There's also a fishing pier by the private beach.

The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, firewood, sauna, hot tub with a jacuzzi, internet, parking, and final cleaning. A high chair and a cot are available upon request (reservation required).

The location provides the perfect setting for escaping everyday life and immersing yourself in the peace and quiet of nature. Guests have direct access to the crystal-clear waters of Lake Kamionka.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
