The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, electric kettle as well as the necessary crockery and cutlery. In addition, for entertainment the house offers a lounge with billiards and table tennis.
The outdoor area of the property is a real paradise for lovers of nature and active recreation. There is its own lake with fish, ideal for swimming and fishing, with a large jetty, rowing boat and large pedal boat. By the lake there is a fire pit, a stone barbecue with smokehouse and a gazebo with a large table and benches. The whole area is beautifully integrated into the surrounding landscape, with the house 'snuggled' into the east-north wall of the forest, offering extensive, picturesque views.
