General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, a single bed and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a sandbox, a garden, a fitness equipment, a volleyball field, an air conditioner, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hairdryer and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker and an oven.

A comfortable, two-story holiday home on a private, fenced property (for exclusive use by guests) with a free spa area: sauna, hot tub with jacuzzi, and a cooling tub. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (TV, large table, fireplace, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms. Next to the house is a separate cottage with a sauna, a cooling tub, and a jacuzzi. The house is heated by a fireplace (wood included in the price). Wireless internet is available. There's a large, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities.
The extensive private grounds offer a bonfire area and secure parking. On the adjacent property, guests from three adjacent holiday homes have access to a children's playground, volleyball court, table tennis, Nordic walking poles, a soccer goal, and an outdoor gym. Guests can use several go-karts free of charge.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, bathrobes, sauna, hot tub with jacuzzi, water, firewood, final cleaning, internet, and parking. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
The holiday home is located in the heart of Kashubia, surrounded by dense forests, picturesque meadows, and numerous lakes with crystal-clear water. The nearest swimming area is Lake Skrzynki Duże (3.6 km from the house). There is also a diving center. In the neighboring village of Lipusz (1.5 km), there is a larger shop, restaurants, and kayak rentals (for kayaking trips on the Wda River).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
