The holiday home for 12 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a double sofa bed and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a fitness equipment, a set of garden furniture, a jacuzzi, a pond, a sauna, a sandbox, a volleyball field, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave.

On the first floor, there are four separate bedrooms. The cottage includes a sauna, a relaxing salt cave, and adjacent cooling tub and jacuzzi. Fireplace heating (wood included in the price). Wireless internet is available. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture.
On the private property, there is a garden gazebo, a barbecue, and a fire pit. Secure parking is available. On the adjacent property, guests from three adjacent holiday homes have access to a children's playground, volleyball court, table tennis, Nordic walking poles, a soccer goal, and an outdoor gym. Guests can use several go-karts free of charge.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, bathrobes, sauna, hot tub with jacuzzi, salt cave, water, firewood, final cleaning, internet, parking, and fishing in a private pond.
The holiday home is located in the heart of Kashubia, surrounded by dense forests, picturesque meadows, and numerous lakes with crystal-clear water. The nearest swimming area is Lake Skrzynki Duże (3.6 km from the house). There is also a diving center. In the neighboring village of Lipusz (1.5 km), there is a larger shop, restaurants, and kayak rentals (for kayaking trips on the Wda River).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
