The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony, a terrace, a sandbox, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

An excellent location in a small Kashubian summer resort, right by the lake shore (100 meters). Guests have access to a private beach with a gazebo. A small shop and a regional restaurant are on site.
This comfortable, two-story holiday apartment is located in a small building (with a separate, private entrance) on a fenced property. The building is situated on a slope, so the entrance to the apartment and its lower level can be considered the ground floor. However, on the other side of the building, there is a lower level, where a cozy regional restaurant is located. The lower level of the apartment features a spacious living room (with a TV, fireplace, dining table, and sofa bed), a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower (also equipped with a washing machine). Upstairs, there are two additional double bedrooms. The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture and a direct view of the lake. Barbecuing facilities are available. Central heating and a fireplace are provided (wood is included in the price). Wireless internet is available. The well-maintained property includes secure parking, a sandbox, a swing, and a small shop selling basic supplies. A private area right on the lake, with a beach and gazebo, is also available for guests' use. Rowboats can be rented on site for an additional fee. The host, who lives on the same property, also runs a regional restaurant serving a wide range of dishes (the fish dishes are particularly praised by guests). The host is extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and can recommend attractive places to visit. He can also assist with obtaining a fishing permit.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, firewood, internet, parking, and final cleaning. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
Lake Kiedrowickie is very friendly to families with small children, as in addition to its crystal-clear waters, it also offers a shallow swimming area. Fishing is also possible here.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
