The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and two double sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a fireplace and two heaters. In addition there is a hot tub, a garden, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a barbecue and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, two showers, three toilets, a bidet and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

On the ground floor, you'll find a living room (TV, fireplace) connected to a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen (including an oven, dishwasher, 6-burner stove, coffee maker, and washing machine). There's also a bedroom and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three separate bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower. The property also includes a cozy guest house with a TV, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, and sleeping space for three people. Both houses have electric heating and a fireplace in the main building. The grounds include a charming conservatory with garden furniture and a covered terrace with a large fireplace and grill. Wireless internet is available. On the well-maintained property (for exclusive use by guests) there is a summer swimming pool (open from May 1st to September 15th), a sauna, and a hot tub with a jacuzzi. Secure parking is available. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, heating, firewood, sauna, jacuzzi, summer swimming pool (May 1st to September 15th), internet, parking, and final cleaning. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
The immediate area offers undisturbed relaxation in contact with nature. The nearby lake is worth cycling (or even walking), visiting several charming, sandy beaches. The lake is very clean, inviting for swimming and fishing. You can also visit Lake Żarnowieckie, a larger body of water, where you can rent water sports equipment. The seaside beach is 13 km away. Blissful relaxation is guaranteed, as even in high season there are no crowds. And the views are extraordinary, especially in the area of ​​the Lubiatowskie Dunes.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
