The holiday home for 10 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions, a fireplace and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a bicycle parking, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a sauna, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a cot and toys.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a stovetop, a coffee maker and a microwave.

A comfortable holiday home with exceptional recreational facilities (sauna, summer swimming pool), in a beautiful location – a small summer resort on the seaside, directly adjacent to Lake Choczewskie (300 meters from the house).

This large, two-story holiday home awaits you on a private, fenced property. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room (with a TV and a double sofa bed), a dining room with a fireplace, connected to a well-equipped kitchen (including an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and washing machine), a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are three more separate bedrooms. The house has a covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue facilities. Electric heating and a fireplace are provided (wood is included in the price). Wireless internet is available.

On the well-maintained property (for the exclusive use of guests) there is a summer swimming pool (open from May 1st to September 15th), a sauna, and secure parking. Included in the price: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, firewood, sauna, summer swimming pool (May 1st – September 15th), internet, parking, and final cleaning. A cot and highchair are available upon request.

The immediate area offers undisturbed relaxation in contact with nature. It's worth cycling (or even walking) around the nearby lake, visiting several charming, sandy beaches. The lake is very clean, inviting you to swim and fish (pike, eel, tench). You can also visit the larger lake, Lake Żarnowieckie, where you can rent water sports equipment. The seaside beach is 12 km away. Blissful relaxation is guaranteed, as even in peak season, there are no crowds. And the views are extraordinary, especially in the area of ​​the Lubiatowskie Dunes.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
