The holiday home for 9 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a trampoline, a barbecue and a sandbox and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three washbasins and three showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Lubiatowo is a small, quiet seaside village, where wild beaches are close by and forests are within easy reach. Just a 15-minute walk through the forest leads to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea. Nearby, a major attraction is the Lubiatowo Dunes.
This large, comfortable holiday villa features a private, fenced garden. The two-story house boasts a covered terrace with garden furniture and loungers. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (with a TV, fireplace, large dining table, and a sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers (one with a washing machine). Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. Fireplace and electric heating are provided. Wireless internet is available.
On the well-maintained, private property (for guests' exclusive use), there's a barbecue shelter with barbecue facilities and secure parking. In addition to the private garden, there is also a shared, expansive grassy area (for guests of three neighboring houses) with a playground. The price includes: bed linen, water, internet, parking, and dogs (maximum 2). A cot is available upon request.
Lubiatowo, although slightly removed from the Baltic Sea beach, has not turned into a bustling, colorful resort, retaining the character of a peaceful summer resort. Furthermore, the abundant natural surroundings and the region's pristine environment make this location ideal for relaxation. The beach in Lubiatowo is situated at the foot of a low cliff, with easy access and a shallow, comfortable path, and the beach itself is approximately 50 meters wide. Hikers and cyclists will appreciate the numerous marked hiking trails in the area. Lubiatowo is a good base for trips to the Tricity area or the Hel Peninsula (approximately 50 km away).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
