Przewóz is a Kashubian village, currently a summer resort, located directly on beautiful Lake Raduńskie. The area offers ideal conditions for waterside relaxation, including attractive hiking and biking trips through the surrounding landscaped meadows and forests.

This comfortable, two-story Kashubian-style holiday home features a sauna and a large private garden. It is located 120 meters from the lake, beach, and kayaking dock. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace (wood included in the price), a dining table, a TV, and a double sofa bed. The living room is connected to the kitchen. On the same floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a sauna (included in the price). The upper floor houses three separate bedrooms. The house has two terraces (one of which is covered) and a balcony on the first floor. Fireplace heating is provided. Wireless internet is available.

The private, fenced property offers plenty of space for sunbathing. There are deckchairs, a hammock, garden furniture, and a fireplace. Three bicycles are available for guests' use.

The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, firewood, sauna, rowboat, bicycles, internet, parking, and final cleaning.

The house's location in a quiet area, very close to the shore of a large lake, encourages swimming and water play. A free boat service allows you to explore the entire lake and even go fishing. There's also a fishing pier, a kayak dock (kayaks are available for rent), and shelters for bonfires. While exploring the surrounding area by car, on foot, or by bike, you'll constantly encounter another of the numerous lakes of Szwajcaria Kaszubska (Kashubian Switzerland). All are picturesque, with clear waters inviting for swimming.

A larger shop is available in nearby Brodnica Górna (4.5 km).

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
