The houses are located in the Kashuby region, surrounded by forests and 150 metres from a lake with a bathing area. Zielone Wzgórza is situated on an area of 5 hectares, there is a mini zoo, playgrounds, team games pitches and a restaurant. Lake Gubisz is one of the cleanest lakes in Poland, there are canoes available free of charge for resort guests at the bathing area. At each of the houses there is a terrace with a barbecue area. The location in the heart of the forest will ensure silence and clean air.

The 168 m2 house has 5 bedrooms for a total of 15 people, 3 bathrooms with showers, and an additional toilet on the ground floor. The living room with its high ceiling - 6 metres, has a fireplace and access to a private terrace with barbecue. Next to the living room is a spacious fully equipped kitchen.

The house is located close to the forest and it is about 150 metres to the private beach. Canoes, playing fields and playgrounds are available for guests, as well as a mini zoo.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
