General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a fireplace and a heather. In addition there is an air conditioner, a bicycle, a bicycle parking, a terrace, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, toys and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a convection microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

A unique holiday home built directly on the lake shore, in a unique location. Guests have exclusive use of a private lake (swimming and fishing are available at no extra charge), a private sandy beach, and a vast, fenced property. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. The town of Bytów, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes, is approximately 2 km away.

This comfortable holiday home is built on stilts on a private lake (right on the shore). It comprises a spacious living room (double sofa bed, TV, fireplace, and dining table), a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. An additional double bedroom is located on the mezzanine. The house boasts a large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a picturesque view of the lake. A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility room. Air conditioning, electric underfloor heating, and a fireplace are available (wood is included in the price). Wireless internet is available. The extensive, well-maintained private property features a sandy beach (with a pedal boat, a stand-up paddleboard, and numerous inflatable water toys available), a playground, a gas grill, and secure parking. Two electric bikes are also available for guests (free of charge) and basic fishing equipment.

The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, firewood, two electric bikes, a pedal boat, a stand-up paddleboard, dogs allowed (maximum 2), internet, and parking. A highchair and a cot are available upon request (advance notice required).

The Bytów area is the heart of picturesque Kashubia, offering countless opportunities for active recreation: kayaking, cycling, and numerous historical sites (including the Teutonic Castle in Bytów). There's no way you'll be bored here.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
