"Julia", 2-room apartment. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 9 m2 with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Shower/WC. Terrace, garden. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Apartment BF-GXJ7W and BF-F36RG are located on the same plot (they can be rented as a whole: house BF-GXJ7W).
Regional Hammock. NOTE: House BF-KPBV can be rented as a whole or as individual apartments: Julia (BF-GXJ7W) and Kalina (BF-F36RG). There is a key locker at each entrance door (self-check-in is possible, please contact the person responsible for the keys before arrival). The house has been completely renovated. A very good base for exploring the area on foot or by bike. Single-family house "U Prababci Olgi", built in 1914, renovated in 2012. In a quiet, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, located by a road, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'400 m2, large garden 200 m2 flowers, meadow 800 m2. Terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house on the premises. Shop, grocery 500 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 1 km. Riding stable, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 500 m, children's playground 1.5 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
