General

The holiday home for 27 persons has eight bathrooms and eight bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a swimming pool (heated, private), a terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher.

SHORTLY about the House Nad Potokiem BORSZOWKA - the guesthouse is a stylish over 120-year-old building combining tradition with modernity. Situated in idyllic surroundings by the stream itself.

- The guesthouse is rented exclusively (max. 27 persons - 8 double beds and 11 single beds). The guesthouse offers hotel standard rooms - 2 beds, 3 beds, 4 beds, and one two-bedroom flat for 5 people.

PENSION AREA - in addition to the rooms, we have several areas where guests can sit together.
1) DINING ROOM and KITCHEN - are able to provide space for the whole group
2) FURNITURE ROOM its capacity is limited to a maximum of 10 persons.
3) WINTER TERRACE is the ideal place where most meetings take place due to its area and the proximity of the dance room with music.
4) MINI DISCOUNTING ROOM - the room is not large, but it is immediately adjacent to the WINTER TERRACE, so that the event is carried out smoothly.
5) SUMMER TERRACE , which in warm weather is a great place to meet a larger group of people.

OUTDOOR SPACE
1) A stream - a stream with three bridges runs through the middle of the centre, leading to the swimming pool, playground, barbecue shed and campfire.
2) SWIMMING POOL - available from May until the end of the warm summer days is an outdoor heated swimming pool 4x8m in size and 100 cm deep with a view mainly for children but also for adults. The water temperature is maintained by special panels that collect the sun's rays.
3) BARBECUE, BARBECUE HOUSE, FIREPLACE - there is an outdoor fireplace with a tripod barbecue and a shed with tables and benches under which there is also a concrete barbecue.
4) HOT BAG / RUSKA BANIA - two Russian tubs (hot barrels) with 3 tons of hot water at a temperature of 38-40 degrees C. Prepared on guests' individual request and may incur an additional charge.
5) SAUNA - Outdoor sauna in the form of a barrel located in the riverbed directly above the river with a 200 cm glass window overlooking the flowing water. Prepared on guests' individual request and may incur an additional charge.
6) PLAY GROUND - A playground for the youngest children with a swing, footbridge, climbing frame, etc.
7) BOISK - A field for playing handball, darts etc.
8) PARKING PARK - large car park for up to 20 cars.

IN DETAIL ABOUT THE GUESTHOUSE
LOCATION AND EQUIPMENT - BORSZÓWKA pension and cottages are located 5 minutes by car from the very centre of Szklarska Poręba (2.1km), close to the railway station Szklarska Poręba Górna and lies on the thread of the tourist route, which runs through the area of the pension. It is an ideal starting point for the main tourist routes, ski lifts, cycling and cross-country skiing trails, guaranteeing full rest. It is a stylish building, where the designers have combined elements of traditional construction with modern elements giving the comfort expected by everyone these days. The rooms are maintained to hotel standard.
ROOMS - are maintained to hotel standard. The guest house has 7 rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people and one suite for 5 people consisting of two bedrooms, which gives it an individual and intimate character. Each room has a double bed, comfortable bathroom, LED TV, electric kettle + tea, mini hotel fridge with freezer. The rooms are equipped with bed linen, towels and pool towels.
SWIMMING POOL - at your disposal from May until the end of the warm summer days is an outdoor heated swimming pool 4x8m in size and 100 cm deep with a view mainly for children, but also for adults. The water temperature is maintained by special panels that collect the sun's rays.
SMALL CHILDREN - it is possible to order for small children, a bath tub, a potty, a toilet seat, a podium, a travel cot and a feeding chair.
PUPILS - are welcome.
INTERNET - high speed (ORANGE - fibre optic up to 900Mb) and free wireless internet is available throughout the property.
SUMMER TERRACE - equipped with rattan sofas, armchairs and tables, it is an ideal place for morning coffee/tea in the summer as well as for afternoon relaxation with a view of the rapid stream, meadow, pool and forest.
WINTER TERRACE - with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and tables on cooler days and evenings, it is the ideal place to spend time. Thanks to the huge glazing of the terrace, the view of the stream, the garden in a warm cosy atmosphere is a great pleasure. The winter terrace is also the best place for louder parties.
BAWIALNIA - there is a playroom with table football, dancing area, music and disco balls for the little ones.
A stream - a stream runs right by the guesthouse, which is visible from every room.
FIREPLACE - on winter evenings the fireplace room is the best place to meet over a beer or drink combined with the entertainment of watching our exploits on the slopes recorded on camera or TV e.g. ski jumping etc.
ENTERTAINMENT - in the lowest part there are two rooms prepared. One for children with table football and a sound system for children's games and the other one for adults, which some of our guests call a café, others call a bar, but we call it the WINTER TERRACE, as it is equipped with a fireplace, can accommodate quite a number of people and is an ideal place for louder parties.
FIREPLACE and GARDEN - in front of the house there is a large area where we usually have a bonfire with roasting delicacies on a stick or create a common soup in a cauldron.
PLAY GROUND - for the youngest there is a playground with four swings, a mini climbing rock, two slides and a fitness module.
A volleyball court - for the youngest and slightly older guests we have a volleyball and babington court available.
LANDSCAPES - in addition to a large area covering 2 hectares, we also have deckchairs available to guests.
RUSSIAN BANYA - an ideal solution for spending an evening is a fantastically relaxing Russian banya, whose operation is similar to a sauna, with the difference that in water at 38st.C the pleasure lasts 1-2h-3h, instead of 5-15 min as in a sauna. Due to the long process of heating 3,000 litres of water it is required to report the preparation at least 8h before the planned use. Prepared on individual guest request and may incur an additional charge.
SAUNA - for those who think they will freeze when using the Russian sauna, there is a Finnish sauna to warm up in the winter evenings and beyond. The sauna is located outside in the form of an overturned barrel standing over the stream with a huge viewing window of 200 cm in diameter overlooking the stream. Prepared on guests' individual request and may incur an additional charge.
DRYING ROOM FOR SKIERS/SPORTS - during winter sports, boots, gloves, hats need to be dried. We have prepared a special drying room for our athletes.
PARKING AND ACCESS - there is a car park for a large number of cars just off the asphalt road. There is a gently sloping asphalt road leading to the guesthouse, where any car with two-wheel drive should be able to manage.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
