Our flats, located just 100m from the spa centre of Świeradów Zdrój, offer not only beautiful views of the mountain scenery, but also proximity to the centre of tourist life. If you dream of a place where you can forget your everyday worries, appreciating hospitality and a cosy atmosphere, Villa Barbara is the ideal choice.

Our 2-room flat is prepared for a comfortable stay of 1 to 4 persons. It consists of a cosy lounge area with dining area, equipped kitchen, bedroom with balcony and bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 persons and a 40-inch TV, while the bedroom is prepared with two single beds with access to a Smart TV. The kitchen invites you with all the necessary equipment, including a fridge, gas cooker with oven, microwave and coffee maker, and the bathroom has a hotel hairdryer.

There is also our well-maintained garden, offering a fire pit and barbecue, ideal for warm summer evenings. There is a prepared parking area for guests of the flats on the premises.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
