Our three sunny flats provide comfort and functionality at 100qm, ideal for a group of 4 to 6 people. They include a spacious living room with a corner sofa bed for two (140cm), two separate beds (2x 100cm) and a 43-inch TV. The cosy bedroom includes a 160cm wide bed and an additional 32-inch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped - from a fridge with freezer, gas cooker with electric oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and basic utensils. The dining area has a large table for six, a 43-inch TV and a mini tower, and the bathroom is equipped with a washer/dryer and a hotel hairdryer.

Outside, Villa Barbara offers spacious parking and a charming garden that invites you to spend time by the fire or barbecue. It is the ideal place to relax in the tranquillity of nature or to be active by hiking, cycling or indulging in winter folly.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
