"ApaLuza", spacious 3-room apartment, 80 m², on the ground floor. Living room with 1 large sofa bed. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and TV (Astra, Netflix, VOD). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm). Open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, fully automatic coffee machine, wine cooler) with a large dining table.
2 bathrooms, each with a shower and WC, hairdryer. Automatic air conditioning and underfloor heating in all rooms.
Views of the garden, pond, nature and horses, as well as extensive countryside views.
Available for use: free Wi-Fi internet access, outdoor swimming pool, high chair, baby cot, plenty of toys, board games, books, excursion information, balance bike, ride-on toy car, rocking horse, sledges, shoe spikes, boules set, football and basketball, clothes drying rack, barbecue, fire pit, garden furniture and free parking.
Please note: non-smoking accommodation. Equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. No fireplace. Heating, cooling and hot water are provided via a heat pump system.

Barbecue, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Bus stop 300 m. Ski lift 15 km, slopes 15 km. Nearby attractions: Cieplickie thermal spa 13 km, Łomnica Palace 25 km, Castle in Wojanów 25 km, Chojnik Castle 11 km, Czocha Castle 30 km. Hiking paths: Bobrowe Skały 5 km, Polana Czarownic 3 km, Kozia Szyja 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
