Our Chabazie is a beautiful, historic house built in 1852 in the style of a post and beam building, with a beautiful turret on the roof. It is an independent, comfortable house with a unique atmosphere. A truly magical place that you will want to return to again and again. A collection of books, exceptional interior design, tranquillity, peace and proximity to nature make it special.

Our Chabazie is part of the picturesque and idyllic village of Janówka in the Olszyna commune. It is located among meadows, fields and forests, just a short distance from Lake Złotnickie (1.5 km) and Lake Leśniańskie, where the famous Czocha Castle and Rajsko Castle are located. The area is full of tourist attractions, sights and delicious restaurants with the opportunity to enjoy food on site. Why focus on just one flavour when you can try everything in the area?
The closest restaurant we recommend is Prowansja Nasza in Olszyna (9.8 km away). Świeradów Zdrój is 27 km away, while Szklarska Poręba is 45 km away. Gryfów Śląski is 9 km away, and here we recommend the Pasja restaurant on Kolejowa Street. Just behind Gryfów Śląski is Lubomierz, where scenes for the film "Sami Swoi" were shot and which is now known for its annual film festivals. Just behind Lubomierz is Pławna Górna with the famous Castle of Silesian Legends, Noah's Ark, the Museum of Resettlers, the Gallery of Paintings and the Sculpture Park of the famous painter and sculptor Dariusz Miliński. This is an ideal area for cycling tours, walks and horse riding organised by nearby riding stables.
But that's not all. The intimacy and uniqueness of this place also make it a great location for artistic workshops, photo shoots or corporate events.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
