Detailed information
Domstolat B is the second house section of the large farm house Domstolat. This used to be the stable part of the house. The rooms have been completely converted into a home with living room and kitchen on the ground floor, an indoor children's play area on the first floor with football table and mini billiards, and three bedrooms with two luxury bathrooms on the third floor. Please note, there is a steep staircase. This property offers plenty of space and pets are also welcome.
Outside, a private garden with picnic table and deck chairs awaits, where you can enjoy nature in peace, barbecue and dine under the open sky. Children love the creek through which a small layer of water flows and the fire pit in the garden. The shed with sandpit, swing, toys and table tennis table is also a children's play paradise.
To make the house sustainable, investments have been made in highly insulated windows and doors, solar panels and a heat pump. Waste is separated.
Guests with electric cars can charge them in the garage.
The surroundings of this holiday home are impressive, with nearby castles where you can swim, spa and dine at a great price. You can hire e-bikes or go horse riding nearby. And you can go into the forests, climb the Sokolik rocks and hills or go to the Sniezka peak 1,603 m. in the Giant Mountains. A 30-minute drive from the house there are the well-known winter sports resorts of Karpacz and Szklarska Poreba with all the necessary facilities.
For those who like to explore local culture, the nearby towns of Jelenia Gora and Wroclaw offer a great deal. You can get there by terin from the village of Janowiece Wielkie. The local manager knows all excursion possibilities and always offers good service and useful tips. As a result, Domstolat has the best reviews in the entire region.
